库里,饭乔丹,老把胳膊横起来干嘛,这就是传统篮球教练留下的糟粕。胳膊增加的防守面积只能阻挡犯规,而胳膊放下来,可以加速用,可以收在腹部拉住持球人,可以干扰运球,你看猪哥,看大聪明。跟个高中生似的被人一步过。

防守的核心是脚步移动,让脚步把身体在进攻者之前带到对的位置上,然后对抗,其他都是添头。
