几个疑问

增重一定会变慢嘛?什么因素决定?

快肌里好像包括全能肌,所以除了马拉松等绝对耐力项目,快肌比例高一定更有天赋嘛?我其实想说的是,全场篮球,尤其季后赛,大部分球员小半时间都是体力不支中打得,那么块肌比例低的球员,可否利用这个优势,使自己体力一直保持高水平,并且主动提高对抗水平,从而达到绝对值差于对手,但发挥比例高。
